LOCALLY SOURCED INGREDIENTS:

 By using locally sourced ingredients offers many advantages for me and my customers. Product and ingredients comes from “Holly’s Farm in Penketh” which is in my local area. I find produce is always fresher and more flavorful than items that are purchased from wholesalers and high street supermarkets. Working directly with my local farm and farmers markets is a great way to boost the local economy, and cutting down on how far the produce and product has to travel and by doing this, it reduces carbon footprint to the environment.
