Mandy Makes Tasty Bakes

 I worked all of my professional career for the NHS, as a mental health nurse, for 34 years. In March 2018 I retired from my beloved profession, to focus on the next love of my life, which is my cooking. I have always been a very active cook, as you can appreciate, working full time and having a young family, I always had to be very forward thinking and creative with my cooking preparation. After many years and negotiations with my husband Kevin, he finally gave in and let me upgrade my working kitchen, to one that would be much more functional and meet the demands of my growing business. I have to say, it is now “FABULOUS” and “I LOVE IT”. Thank you Kevin for supporting and believing in me, so I can follow my passion and dream. I have been very fortunate over the last year to have built a really good working relationship with my local farm shop “Holly’s Farm Tannery Lane Penketh WA5 2UF” who now sell and take orders for my products to sell directly to there customers, old and new. A BIG thank you to all of the team and customers at Holly’s Farm for being so supportive, the response has been overwhelming and is going from “strength to strength”.
